Narrowboats of Staffordshire Ltd build individual narrowboats – hand built to your own specification.
Our boats are CE marked and independently inspected to ensure conformity to the European Recreational Craft Directive and The British Waterways Code of Practice.
Our internal quality control procedures ensures consistent high quality. We use 10mm steel for the floor plate, 6mm for the lower cabin sides up to the gunwaless, 5mm steel up to the roof and 4mm for the roof of the narrowboat.
We apply a 2-pack black paint coat which includes a hardening agent along with a high zinc phosphate coat.
